The house

Built for families who still keep boxes of photographs.

Ancestry Attic is a small platform for private family websites. Each household gets a site of its own — on an address like yourname.memories.name — with rooms for photographs, a family tree, messages, a calendar, and the contacts that used to live in a kitchen drawer.

The public site you are on now, ancestryattic.family, is the front porch: what the attic holds, what it costs, and the door to create an account. The family sites themselves will be served from a shared application behind the house domains, so every family walks into the same well-made rooms, furnished with their own names.

We prefer doors that are hard to pick. Passkeys come first. Google and Apple are welcome. A password is available, with a code by email every time.
